BSD::Itimer Module for Perl5

BSD::Itimer allows you to access the interval timer many Unix systems provide without resorting to non-portable syscalls.

For those who don't like blather, here's what's current:

The current release of BSD::Itimer is 0.8. This is the first CPAN release.
